Artist Profile

A native from Tracadie-Sheila, NB, Canada, Yvette has been been painting since 1994. Since then, she has worked with pencils, ink, paste chalks, watercolor, oils and acrylics.

Yvette as gained most of her knowledge and techniques through self-training, however she has obtained an arts diploma in 1995. She has also participated in workshops given by well-known artists such as Robert Percival and David Silverberg.

The mediums that she uses to create her realistic paintings are oils and acrylics. She excels in equine art, portraits and landscapes.

Yvette is a member of the Association acadienne des artistes professionnel.le.s du Nouveau-Brunswick.

She participates in many expositions annually. Her work can be found in Canada and the United States.
